As a leader who has been in this field for over two decades, Kim attributes her personal and professional success to her love of numbers, people and the business. She was prompted to enter her profession when she realized she had a passion for numbers, science and research.
Combining a background in educational and financial training with a love for helping companies achieve success, it is her experience and expertise in marketing research and customer experience that enhances the professional services provided by the company. She works diligently to maintain The Arthur Group's outstanding reputation while directly overseeing the operational aspects of the company. Kim also has direct client interaction through strategic planning facilitation and executive team training.
